By becoming a member of Shandaken Theatrical Society, you help to support all of our programing. We have several levels of giving in order to accommodate any budget. New members are especially appreciated. As a member you will receive ticket discounts, be included on our mailing list and receive our quarterly newsletter. A portion of your contribution is tax-deductible.
You may now create or renew an STS membership securely online, using a credit card. Scroll down to the bottom of this page to pay online. Please select your membership level and indicate renewal or membership before pressing the Pay Now button. And let us know if you are available to volunteer in any capacity.
If you don't wish to pay online, simply send a check or money order to our mailing address: Shandaken Theatrical Society, P.O. Box 473, Phoenicia, NY 12464. Incude your name, mailing address, email address, and choose a membership level.
Annual membership dues
- Student Members $20: Your $20 gift will be fully tax deductible. You will receive the STS newsletter and a discounted ticket price. Your name will be displayed in our program.
- Individual Members $30: Your $30 gift will be fully tax deductible. You will receive the STS newsletter and a discounted ticket price. Your name will be displayed in our program.
- Family Members $50: Your $50 gift will be fully tax deductible. You will receive the STS newsletter and a discounted ticket price. Your family’s name will be displayed in our program.
- Friends $100: $80 of your $100 gift will be tax deductible. You will receive 2 tickets to any regular season show of your choosing (you should call ahead to make reservations for your seating preference). You will also receive the STS newsletter and a discounted ticket price. Your name will be displayed in our program.
- Booster $250: $210 of your $250 gift will be tax deductible. You will receive 4 tickets to any regular season show(s) of your choosing (you should call ahead to make reservations for your seating preference). You will also receive the STS newsletter and a discounted ticket price. Your name will be displayed in our program.
- Angel $500: $440 of your $500 gift will be tax deductible. You will receive 6 tickets to any regular season show(s) of your choosing (you should call ahead to make reservations for your seating preference). You will also receive the STS newsletter and a discounted ticket price. Your name will be displayed in our program.
- Production Sponsor $1000: $940 of your $1000 gift will be tax deductible. You and your guests will be invited to a special “Sponsors’ Night” dress rehearsal of the production you are sponsoring. Your business name and logo or your personal message will be placed prominently on all production advertisements and on the STS web site. You will receive a complimentary full page ad in the STS Season program. You will receive 6 tickets to any regular season show(s) of your choosing (you should call ahead to make reservations for your seating preference). You will also receive the STS newsletter and a discounted ticket price. Your name will be displayed in our program.
- Season Sponsor $5000: $4,940 of your $5000 gift will be tax deductible. You and your guests will be invited to all special “Sponsors’ Night” invited dress rehearsals for the season you are sponsoring. Your business name and logo or your personal message will be placed prominently on all production advertisements for the season and on the STS web site. You will receive a complimentary full page ad in the STS Season program. You will receive 6 tickets to any regular season show(s) of your choosing (you should call ahead to make reservations for your seating preference). You will also receive the STS newsletter and a discounted ticket price. Your name will be displayed in our program.
You may choose to waive complimentary items and make your entire contribution tax deductible.
